Hypnotherapy

In-person or Online comprehensive Hypnotherapy session, offers a safe and supportive space where you can experience the transformative practices of hypnotherapy complemented by sound healing and somatic practices to facilitate meaningful and lasting change. Our integrative approach is designed to help you break free from limiting beliefs, manage stress and enhance overall wellbeing; deepening the essential connection between your mind, body and spirit.

Chakra balance and Emotional Release

In-person Chakra balance and Emotional Release session, offers a safe and supportive space where you can experience the transformative practices of hypnotherapy and sound healing with tuning forks. The frequencies are based upon the tones utilised by Jonathan Goldman and are designed to be a simple but powerful tool to balance our chakras. This session beautifully combines Sound healing with our Chakra Balancing and Emotional Release hypnosis, for a deeply enriching experience. 

Sound Healing

In-person Sound Healing provides a safe and supportive space where you can experience the transformative practice of sound therapy. These sessions are designed to gently guide your body and mind into deep relaxation. The vibrations and frequencies help to regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and promote balance. Many people describe the experience as calming, grounding, and restorative - an opportunity to pause, and reconnect with themselves on a deeper level.

About Sound of Mind Body Spirit

Welcome — I’m Steph Yates


With a strong foundation in health and wellbeing, I bring over a decade of personal and professional experience to this work. I’m certified in Hypnotherapy, Meditation, and Sound Healing, and I’m currently furthering my studies in Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP, and Psychotherapy to deepen my integrative approach to care.


My practice is grounded in the belief that meaningful healing happens when we support the mind, body, and spirit. This philosophy has shaped my own journey and continues to guide the way I hold space for others.


I aim to meet clients exactly where they are. Whether you're navigating anxiety, working through limiting beliefs, or wanting to shift unhelpful habits, I offer a warm, compassionate presence and a deep respect for each person’s unique path.


From the moment we’re born, our unconscious mind begins shaping our habits, beliefs, values, and emotional responses. Over time, these automatic patterns influence how we think, feel, and move through the world.


Hypnotherapy works directly with the unconscious mind to support positive, lasting change. It can help ease stress and anxiety, break free from habits, and cultivate a stronger sense of wellbeing and self-trust. Through this process, individuals often reconnect with their deeper selves and create space for clarity, purpose, and inner calm.
